The Rainbow – God’s Covenant Sign For No Judgment [1st svc, 23 Nov 2008]

The Rainbow – God’s Covenant Sign For No Judgment

preached by Ps Joseph Prince on 23 November 2008

these are the personal notes of Yeo Choon Meng Terence at the 1st svc [CD is of the 2nd svc]

Holy Communion Exhortation

Pastor Gabriel exhorted us to: Soar with Praise to Jesus in worship, and you will not remain sore in your throat, or other sore circumstances of your life.

You must let God be God in your life

Healing evangelist from Canada, Pastor Youngren, preached the previous Sunday on 16 November 2008. Pastor Prince told us that Pastor Youngren had informed him that since he had got hold of the the Grace message, the healing healing miracles at his rallies had multiplied three-fold.

Matt 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Only 2 references to powers and principalities

There are only 2 references to powers and principalities in the context of spiritual warfare in the NT [Editor: I believe these are Eph 6:12 and Col 2:15] yet there is so much emphasis on “territorial” powers in today’s Charismatic Church. Today’s Church seems to have forgotten that Jesus spoiled them all (Col 2:15) and this is such a departure from 1st century Christianity.

Through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins

Paul preached this sermon at the synagogue.

Acts 13:38 Be it known unto you therefore, men [and] brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:

Acts 13:39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

Acts 13:40 Beware therefore, lest that come upon you, which is spoken of in the prophets;

Acts 13:41 Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you.

Acts 13:42 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.

Acts 13:43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.

Acts 13:44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.

Acts 13:45 But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.

Acts 13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

The message of the early Church was “forgiveness of sins” and that those who believe in Jesus are “justified from all things”. In Psalm 103, the sequence is that “God forgives all our iniquities” followed by “He heals all our diseases”.

Note the warning of the consequences coming upon those who refuse to believe the goodness of the Grace of our Lord Jesus (Acts 13:41). Acts 13:41 warns us of those people who declare that forgiveness is not enough, it is all too simple, and that they have to got to add to it with their own efforts to change.

It is so important (Acts 13:43) to “continue in the grace of God” and not just treat it as a basic doctrine. It is our entire way of life.

The “whole city” in Acts 13:44 came together to hear the word of God. That’s how “whole” cities can be impacted for God — by continuing in the Grace of God!

Today, many in the world think of Christians as “don’t” people and who are “against” things. In other words, Christians don’t seem to be passionate about Jesus Christ and thereby present a gospel which is not attractive to non-believers.

The Chimes played by themselves!

On 9 November 2000, Pastor was in the middle of a sermon series during midweek services on Alev-Tav / Jesus Signature In The Bible. This was a time when there were many attacks against Pastor and the Grace Message and unknownst to Pastor many attending service that particular night were confused and seeking God for answers.

Pastor played the video excerpt of the 9 November 2000 service on screen.

Pastor was preaching and reading from Acts 13. He had just covered Acts 13:38 and then read Acts 13:39 and then said “Amen”. It was at this point that the chimes behind Pastor Prince played by themselves! It was as if God was supernaturally himself saying: Amen

That the chimes played on verse 38 seems to indicate that the chimes were a sign pointing to the truths contained in that verse!

Signs and Wonders

Signs are pointers. They are not an end in themselves. For example, if you see the sign indicating KL. You are not in KL yet until you actually drive into KL city.

Today there is too much preaching on people’s sores and wounds and not on the beauty of Jesus! The chimes sounding on their own accord was a sign that confirmed and answered many people who came to NCC that night with questions about the Grace message.

Paul knew the power of the Gospel

Don’t make the Grace of God smaller than Faith. Before we even had Faith, God loved us — He sent His Son to us and gave Grace to us!

Don’t say faith is crucial to Grace. Don’t say we must believe first before we receive Grace, miracles, etc.

The windows (of faith) add nothing to the sun (Son of God) of God’s Grace!

The windows allow us to experience the warmth of Grace.
The Grace of God was from the very beginning. It is not future.

Your belief does not make the message real. The message is the reality. The message / window is not the sun i.e. Jesus. The ebb and flow of our feelings does not change the fact that we are forgiven.

If we truly believe, you won’t be conscious of your belief.

Acts 15:8-9 So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as [He did] to us, and made no distinction between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

The moment you believe, you have a sensitive conscience and you tend to feel lousy when you fail. When this happens, immediately, remind yourself that you are forgiven.

Early Reformers were wrong

The early protestant reformers meant well but were wrong because they held that you cannot trust your desires. This is true to a certain extent in that you cannot be led by your flesh. However, today under the NT, God works into our hearts, the desires of Himself and draws us to Him. Therefore, we should follow them. What God tells you to do, He will equip you with.

Key Clauses Of The New Covenant

Hbr 8:10 For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Hbr 8:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

Hbr 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Indeed, knowledge of the Lord (Hbr 8:11) is the greatest knowledge any human being should have and chase after.

Effect and Cause inverted!

Psalm 130:4 But [there is] forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

However, many churches have got it inverted. They preach the effect (fear) but not the cause (forgiveness) i.e. that God remembers our sins no more.

The more you hear the truth about Jesus, the more your faith “windows” become bigger.

God is not asking us to look at our sinfulness. He is asking us to look at the sinless-ness of the sacrifice (Jesus).

Thinking back to Acts 13:41, the more we can say, this truth is too good to be true, it is real and it is indeed God’s Word.

Warning against bad news on TV, etc

The body reacts to stress and it manifests later on in sickness, etc. For this reason, guard against what you watch on TV, and what you read on the newspapers and internet if you are absorbing bad or negative news about the economy, etc. There was an article in the Straits Times which declared that – People who don’t watch TV are happier! Just read the necessary headlines and don’t get entangled in the details. Don’t you wish there was a “good news” network cancelling out the bad news. The word Gospel – God spiel – is Good News!

Abraham believed in God

Abraham believed in God and this was accounted to Abraham as righteousness.

God is grace personified and there are 2 distinct incidents in Abraham’s life in which despite lying about Sarah, his wife, God saved Abraham.

Foolish Galatians

Gal 3:1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you [Editor meaning: Who has cast a spell on you] , that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

Gal 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Gal 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

[Editor: Paul admonished the Galatians as "foolish" strongly and twice in verses 1 and 3. Preachers had come amongst the Galatians and taught them that "forgiveness" is basic and that they had to add to it to merit their salvation. As a consequence of receiving such preaching, the Galatians lost the joy, etc which they once had when they initially received the pure Gospel of Jesus Christ. The spell cast on the Galatians was: ADDING law to grace! The label "foolish" was not used on the carnal Corinthians but the Law-returning Galatians, so this is a very serious matter indeed.]

Gal 3:4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if [it be] yet in vain.

Gal 3:5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, [doeth he it] by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

[Editor: The Greek word translated as "ministereth" or "supplies" in Gal 3:5 as well as the Greek word translated as "worketh" is in the present continuous tense and via "hearing" of faith.]

Gal 3:6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

[Editor: Gal 3:6 is a quotation from Gen 15:6]

Gal 3:7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

Gal 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [saying], In thee shall all nations be blessed.

Gal 3:9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

I create as I speak

The words Avra Cadebra taken from the children’s story of the Arabian Nights means “I create as I speak”. This is a principle of God since Genesis.

Trembling devil

What is the believing in God that Abraham had? It is obviously not what the devils had, for they possess some sort of belief towards God as well.

Always see a trembling devil when you come against them. They have been disarmed and defeated by Jesus at the Cross. The devils know this and they tremble.

Numbering the stars

Gen 15:1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I [am] thy shield, [and] thy exceeding great reward [EDITOR: In Hebrew, the word "great reward" has the connotation of salary].

Gen 15:2 And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house [is] this Eliezer of Damascus?

Gen 15:3 And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir.

Gen 15:4 And, behold, the word of the LORD [came] unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.

Gen 15:5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.

Gen 15:6 And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

Gen 15 records the time that GOD had given Abraham victory over the kings that had kidnapped his newphew, Lot, In Gen 14. After the victory, Abraham tithes, and God tells Abraham in Gen 15:1 that He is his shield and exceeding great reward! The attacks may continue but the shield protects always.

RHEMA WORD: During this time, don’t be afraid, God is our shield.

Living faith?

You can tell if a person has living faith if he is constantly rejoicing and happy. These folks know that even their fresh failures are covered by the Cross. Something good and uplifting happens to those who believe in the truth.

God cannot lie. He cannot choose whether to lie or not. He simply cannot lie. God’s word is truth and it cannot be broken.

It’s a vision thing

Abraham had the wrong mental image. In Gen 15:2, he says he sees himself going childless. His whole vision was wrong. The remedy that God gave is in Gen 15:6. God told Abraham to recount the Gospel story written in the stars.

What was the belief in God that God accounted to Abraham for righteousness? The key is in Gen 15:5.

The word translated as “count” in Gen 15:5 can be transliterated from the Hebrew as safar or caphar ( #Strong’s 5608 ) and can be understood to mean: to narrate, to recount, to rehearse or relate a story.

In fact in Ps 19:1, it says that the heavens declare i.e. safar the glory of God!

Moreover, safar is the root word for the Hebrew word transliterated as safer or cepher (#Strong’s 5612) which can be understood to mean: scroll or book!

Recall also Gen 1. The stars are to be signs as God had said in Gen 1:14 : “Let them be for signs”

What did Abraham recount in the stars?

Gospel in the stars

In pre-Noah days, there were no scrolls, let alone books. It was only in the time of Moses that God told Moses to put down His Word into a scroll. From Adam to Moses, the Gospel story was handed down orally from father to son. The means for doing this was the Gospel story ‘written’ in the stars! Beginning at the constellation, Virgo, foretelling the birth of Jesus Christ and ending at Leo, foretelling Jesus triumphant as the Lion of Judah! The oral tradition remains consistent and accurate because pre-Noah, Adam and his descendents lived hundreds of years and they could tell the story about Eden without it being warped by inaccurate re-telling by non-eyewitnesses. Adam took a long time to physically die because he simply had no precedent to die. Moreover, after the fall, Adam did not talk nonsense and he did not use the words of death in his vocab. Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Adam recounted the Gospel story in the stars and told his children that they all pointed to Jesus — the coming Messiah!

In other words, God actually told Abraham to declare the story of the stars and see if he is able to rehearse them — the story told to him by his fathers. Abraham did so and he believed.

Abraham recounted the Gospel story in the stars and he believed God!

Moreover, the “seed” in Gen 15:5 is singular and refers to THE seed i.e. the Messianic lineage, and indeed Jesus himself.

Abraham recounted the Gospel story and believed God that through him, his line would produce the Messiah!

Note it is Gen 22:17 in which God gives the OTHER distinct promise to Abraham that his seed will be multiplied as the stars of heaven and as the sand on the sea shore.

CAUTION: This is Biblical Astronomy not astrology. Astrology is a perversion of the gospel story written in the stars. Today with the bible written form, we are not to focus on the gospel story in the skies. It the past, the gospel story in the skies was the primary method is which God’s word was communicated to the people. Not now. The first constellation is Virgo (in olden times, Virgo was depicted with a baby – the future conquering seed – in her arms) but we are not to glorify Mary. The bible (Luke 1:28, 1:42) says that Mary is “blessed [art] thou among women” not blessed above women.

Something sanctifying comes from believing the Truth.

Abraham believed in the same Gospel that we do. For example, there is another constellation which depicts a strong-man with his heel bruised but crushing the serpent’s head. This is Jesus — the true dragon-slayer. Not Hercules which is Greek culture and came much later than Adam.

ORION

Job 38:31 Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?

Job 38:32 Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?

Job 38:33 Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?

Here in Job 38:31-33, we see God rebuking self-righteous Job. Mazzaroth is a reference to the 12 zodiac signs. Pleiades refers to the constellation of 7 stars. The Orion refers to that constellation which has 3 stars in perfect alignment. Every day we can see Orion from Singapore. Looking at Orion, we can draw an imaginary line and we can find north and our way home!

By the same token, there is the Southern Cross. This is a picture of the death of Jesus. The Cross will save us from being lost!

[Editor: Another constellation, Pisces -- the fishes. We all know that Jesus has made us fishers of men. Ichthys or Ichthus is the ancient and classical Greek word for fish. Icthys is an acronymn, a word formed from the first letters of several Greek words. It compiles in the Greek to "Jesus Christ, God's son, savior".]

Everything in Revelation is symbolic

That is why Revelation is the last book as God wants us to master the types and symbols used throughout the rest of the Bible before coming to read and interpret Revelation.

Rev 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow [was] upon his head, and his face [was] as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

Rev 10:2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and [his] left [foot] on the earth,

Rev 10:3 And cried with a loud voice, as [when] a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

Rev 10:1-3 speaks of a gigantic messenger or angelos. He must be gigantic as he has one foot on the sea and the other the earth. This angel refers to the many-membered body of Christ — the Church. The church will rise up in the last days and will no longer be sleeping.

The golden lampstand (another picture of the Church) is God’s light in the tabernacle.

Rev 10:2 refers to the New Testament as it is a little book in comparison to the Old Testament.

Rev 10:3 refers to the true Lion of Judah (Jesu) roaring like the lion.

The mighty angel had (1) a face like the sun (Rev 10:1) — Jesus! and (2) was clothed with a cloud and had (3) a rainbow upon his head.

Rainbow

Gen 9:12 And God said, This [is] the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that [is] with you, for perpetual generations:

Gen 9:13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

Isa 54:9 For this [is as] the waters of Noah unto me: for [as] I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.

Isa 54:10 For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

God is saying through the rainbow that He will not be angry with us i.e. those who have accepted His son as saviour. God does not have to swear but in Isa 54:9 he swears that He will not be angry with us. We as human beings cannot even swear not to be angry with our own kids. But God can!

Everybody — even social outcasts — can come to Jesus without condemnation and accept him as saviour — as typified by the giant angel / church with a rainbow.

Sermon On the Mount

Jesus, after delivering the Sermon on the Mount, did not stay up on the hill. He came down to the leper and the people. Only Jesus can live the life of the Sermon of the Mount perfectly. Thank God, He came down to our level in His Grace.

The day-time skies reveal knowledge of God

Psalm 19:2 Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge.

Revelations 10:1 phenomenon observed in the skies over Mt Bental

Mt Bental in the Golan was the site of battles in the 1973 war with Syria.

Amir was the Israeli guide of the pastors’ group that visited Israel in early November 2008. Pastor feels that Amir is the best guide along with Arey. There had been no rain for days. Yet the group observed in the skies above Bental, the sun with a circle of rainbow around it. There was also an eagle in the cloud formation. It really looked like Revelations 10:1 in the skies. Another guide remarked that he had never ever seen such a picture in the skies over Israel. The face of the “Angel” cannot be seen as like the sun (Rev 10:1). Powerpoint slide of the skies over Bental was shown to congregation.

The clouds in the skies over Bental were as if they were seas or waves (i.e. judgement) being thrown back by God.

Ps 104:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul! O LORD my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty,

Ps 104:2 Who cover [Yourself] with light as [with] a garment, Who stretch out the heavens like a curtain.

Ps 104:3 He lays the beams of His upper chambers in the waters, Who makes the clouds His chariot, Who walks on the wings of the wind,

Ps 104:4 Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire.

Ps 104:5 [You who] laid the foundations of the earth, So [that] it should not be moved forever,

Ps 104:6 You covered it with the deep as [with] a garment; The waters stood above the mountains.

Ps 104:7 At Your rebuke they fled; At the voice of Your thunder they hastened away.

Rev 4:1-3 – Rainbow round throne

The rainbow around throne was also observed in the skies above Bental i.e. similar to Rev 4:1-3 and this picture was also shown to the congregation.

Rev 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door [was] opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard [was] as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

Rev 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and [one] sat on the throne.

Rev 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and [there was] a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

The cloud formation seems to show a figure of rainbow around a man on throne. The cloud formation seems to show the ‘man’ holding a ’scroll’ in his ‘right hand’.

Rev 5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

Rev 5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

Rev 5:3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

Rev 5:4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

Rev 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Rev 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

Rev 5:7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

Rev 5:8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four [and] twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

Rev 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

Rev 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Rev 5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

Rev 5:12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

The picture of the cloud formation observed in the skies above Bental seemed to have 7 seals. There seemed to be the Hebrew letter – Shin – at the top of the scroll. The Shin is one shorthand for the name of God and appears on Jewish Mezzuzahs at the door of a Jew’s home and symbolizes that God is guarding this home.

The Rev 5 scroll is a picture of Mankind’s forfeited inheritance as long as the scroll remains closed. As long as the scroll remains closed, Mankind is not blessed i.e. he remains poor, sick, aging and finally dead.

God told Pastor to look up at the skies above Mt Bental and Pastor saw all these symbolic sky pictures reminding us of the various verses in Revelations.

Pastor even saw a Cross in the skies above Bental!

God is saying to us NO MORE FLOOD. JESUS HAS REBUKED THE FLOODS AT HIS WORD. Indeed, the picture of the clouds looks like white waves of judgement fleeing.

CAVEAT!

Don’t glorify the sign. Focus on what the sign is pointing to!

This is a world (Hollywood and some ‘fake’ ministries) claiming signs and wonders and where in most cases, there are no real signs and wonders. This is also a time whereby many ‘prophets’ claim prophesies AFTER the fact has taken place!

The Fakes are telling it as if it were real.

We the genuine Church should tell it to the world (reference to the powerpoint slides of Rev 10:1 heavenly expression viewed over Bental) as we are the ones who have the genuine signs and wonders, and miracles.

Hollywood has a lie but they present it in spectacular fashion as if it were true.

We have the Truth but often present it shabbily.

The rainbow around God’s throne and Jesus’ head indicates NO MORE JUDGEMENT

If you erroneously feel God’s judgement coming on you, know this: Before God’s throne, judgement flees!

The devil or snake has a forked tongue as he tells half-truths, not complete lies. If bold-faced lies were told, we would detect them immediately. Eg. God is good but you are unworthy.

THROUGH JESUS, WE HAVE BEEN FORGIVEN OF ALL OUR SINS FOREVER. REMEMBER THE RAINBOW!

Post-script: Terence’s personal reflections

Senior Pastor mentioned that the pastors’ group observed the heavenly expression of Revelation 10:1 in the skies from the vicinity of

Mount Bental.

According to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Bental , the Hebrew letters for Bental is בנטל

which I understand to be comprised of

בנ transliterated as Ben meaning: Son

AND

טל transliterated as Tal meaning: Dew (Strong’s number 2919)

According to the blue letter bible search tool, at http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=H2919&t=KJV the first mention of Tal (Dew) is Gen 27:28 “Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine”

I understand that dew is a type of our Lord’s Grace.

I thought that it was very interesting that the pastors’ group observed Revelation 10:1 in the skies from what the mountain whose name can be understand as meaning: The Son [i.e. Jesus] [bringing] Grace

Moreover, I remember Senior Pastor saying in the first service that there was no rain so the rainbow was out of the ordinary. There was certainly an abundance of grace at Mount Bental to see a rainbow in the sky.

What is more exciting is that according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow rainbows can also be caused by other forms of water than rain, including mist, spray, and DEW.

Perhaps, it can be said that it was the spiritual dew of God’s Grace that caused the Revelation 10:1 expression in the skies.

It was thus very fitting that the Revelation 10:1 expression in the skies was seen on the mountain of the Son’s Grace / Dew !!

Praise God!
