How to move in the Grace Gifts of the Lord?

1 Cor 12:8

Gifts of Healings

All 9 are gifts but healings is plural with gifts . Plural because healings free for all kinds of conditions.

The other charistmata are singular.

Free gifts of healings. Say that to yourself 3x

You don’t have to qualify for it ! It flows all the time . Once you realize this you can receive anytime

All these gifts are water gifts

It is like a millionaire giving you a boat . It is a gift on water. Water gifts. It must be on water.

So these gifts flow by the spirit. They are spirit gifts. They operate as you follow the Spirit.

Pastor Henry related how holy spirit manifests for him. He sees in an inner vision glory cloud or ‘hands’ on him perhaps on his head or on shoulder. Sometimes his heart feels warm. This will prompt him to pray for people. Eg this will lead him to pray for those with heart conditions.

So as leader, ask Lord “what do you want to do for the people” and the Lord will give these manifestations and this should lead the leader to move to pray for the sick.

For Oral Roberts he will spend time in prayer until his hands are warmed by the holy spirit. Then he knows he can go out to heal the people.

For Kenneth Hagin, his hands also get warm. God told him that if warm sensation jumps from hand to hand , it is evil spirit and he should cast it out. If just warm feeling in one hand, it is just sickness and to pray for healing of the sickness.

Word of Faith is being impacted by Grace. Grace through Faith. We need both .

Many times we receive inner visions . Pastor however once received open vision where he saw angel .

Boat is a gift but boat must be in water to enjoy the gift

So tune into the gift by tuning into the Spirit

Pray for child then stay still and listen to what Spirit is saying. Don’t always have general prayers. Have dynamic relationship with Holy Spirit and pray as the Spirit leads.

Pastor sometimes rebukes the evil spirit when praying for child .

All the charismata are in the water. So when you feel dry , stop for a while, to flow with the Spirit, to hear God.

Jesus used so mightily by God because he lived relaxed etc

The more you relax the easier you flow in the holy spirit . See Jesus example.

We grow spiritually by living relaxed. See the lilies of the valley.

God ‘s word does not return to him void. We return the word to him by speaking in faith what He has said to us.

Be so relaxed that you are indifferent to the results. This will cause the healings to flow through you.

Deal with the fear of death. Once the Christian is relaxed and realizes he will meet Jesus instantly , he lets go off of the tightness and fear of death and he receives healing easily. The Christian must relaize that death is just falling asleep and a transfer of location to heaven. Relax to receive healing.

Same for dealing with children. You over discipline or wrong time or kind of discipline, if you are not relaxed.

Don’t be afraid to pray for people. People appreciate it that you step out even if the healings etc do not manifest . Don’t be afraid to make mistakes when praying for others . You are better off than those who never even tried.

Most problems happen when people are afraid to make mistake and not relaxed . When relaxed, children and family are happy and blessed.

Tune it to the Spirit, your boats are in the water.

Some people are senser, they feel warm in certain parts of their body. Eg. Feel warm in eyes, so maybe somebody in congregation has eye problem.

One sign that you are relaxed is that you laugh about the mistake.

Some are seers , they see in inner visions etc what holy spirit is directing for them to do for people.

OT prophets are called seers.

Don’t be afraid to say “sorry” don’t be afraid of rejection , or say ” I am guilty” you feel so much peace when you say this to your spouse etc. Spouse will not see you lesser when you say ” it is my mistake” or “you got me there” will increase respect instead

Jacob was holding on and grabbing Lord and when God touched his thigh, he was now in weakest moment and fell down and God changed his name from jacob – supplanter to Prince with God – Israel, in weakest moment.

Children have an innate sense of fairness. Children taught not to handle food with hands, use utensils. So pastor related example of how he did not comply with this and child pointed this out to him.

Lately , pastor said sorry to daughter and tears fell from her eyes and it was a precious moment.

This must be your attitude when you pray for the sick . Don’t be afraid of missing it or failing. Be relaxed and unafraid of rejection.

Devil is threatened by authority. Perhaps more so in cool quiet authority. Not by shouting in volume. You want Jesus to have the glory.

1 Cor 12:31

More excellent way to demonstrate the gifts

Did not say forget gifts.

Because in 1 Cor 14:1 tells you not to neglect the gifts , pursue stream of love , .., rather than you may prophesy

So spiritual gifts continue !

1 Cor 12:31 “best gifts” – what is best gift Depending on the situation. Example you don’t use a big saw for small piece of wood and vice versa for big timber

If broken hearted, best gift is prophecy or gifts of healings for the broken heart. If sick, best gift is healings.

When you worship God , you step into the water and your boat is there. Easier to flow in the spirit in worship.

“desire earnestly” the gift: you must hunger for the gift – covet it .

White – hearted , glutton or lust for the spiritual gift

Don’t just say it is gift for the rest.

You will need that gift in future for others or yourself

That which you be concerned for a while, God can address your condition in an instant.

Leaders exhorted to be more specific when giving the words of knowledge or wisdom so the individual(s) will know it is concerning him or her.

Do everything (love, work, parent) relaxed. Even sleep relaxed. Some have so much tension sleeping that they wake up with cramps etc.

Pastor prayed that ncc be pattern for Grace based teaching , management, charismata, etc in everything and inspire many including the mega churches, and this will give God the Glory.

Pastor prays for all leaders for a new anointing for them to operate in the gifts be it as senser or feelers or seerers, for sharper visions or sensing.

Leaders come forth and give words from God. Those with the condition described come forth and are prayed for. The receive instant healing as God is reading their ‘mail’ and is dealing with that condition.

There is Anointing for children. Pastor encourages us to send that spirit of revelation and wisdom our children, word of healing, deliverance etc

Prophetic Word given by Pastor at end:

Don’t be afraid if what you see or hear or things to come, I am the lord your God and I am holding your hands

Don’t be afraid of what you see or hear on news

Don’t be afraid of what is to come on this world

God will cause his angels to watch over us

The world will not be able to see his Goodness unless they see the goodness in our lives

Don’t be afraid as if you don’t have a father to watch over you

I am able to change what the devil has planned

Devil cannot sneak up against you without knowledge of his spirit

Shield has been placed upon us

Don’t be afraid of all that is to come in this world

Your thinking shall be fragrant with thoughts of the beauties of His son

As you behold you become like Son

World will see poise and power in you and want the youth and security that you have

We will be a salt and light and make them thirsty and make them see that now is time for God ‘s glory to shine

Deliverance and freedom from the spirit of fear

Where spirit of lord is , there is liberty

Many of us have become more stable than you realize !

Don’t be hard on yourself, you are growing from glory to glory and God’s beauty is seen in you.

This is unconscious but you need to know that you are growing in the Lord!
